Strong R&D capabilities

Our R&D center is located in Foshan, with more than 10 years of experience in reactor and transformer design, and its performance exceeds industry-related standards. Unique design software can simulate the structure and simulate key parameters from all angles. We can also provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.

As of 2021, Sinoquare has obtained 3 invention patents, 76 utility model patents, and 10 software copyrights.

Since 2018, Sinoquare has been approved as an enterprise graduate workstation in Guangdong Province and has carried out in-depth cooperation with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Jiangsu University and other universities to jointly carry out graduate training, product research and development and technological innovation.

Standardized production management

Sinoquare strictly conducts quality control in accordance with CQC-certified ISO9001 and 14001 and intellectual property and other related management system standards, and implements digital management in the production process to make products traceable.

We select UL and ROHS certified insulation materials and perform VPI vacuum pressure impregnation on all reactors and transformers we produce. The insulation system is H class (temperature resistant 180 degrees), and the transformer product can also be selected as R class (temperature resistant 220 degrees).

Complete testing capabilities

The Kunshan factory's test facilities cover an area of over 1,000 square meters and can conduct comprehensive tests

of dry-type reactors and transformers, such as conventional tests, type tests and special tests such as temperature rise, withstand voltage,

lightning impact, etc.

All our product production processes and shipments are 100% inspected, and product inspection can provide complete inspection reports.
