1.Product Introduction


Dry-type transformers are mainly composed of high-voltage coils, low-voltage coils, iron cores, clips and other accessories. They are mainly used in 35kV and below power systems to boost and lower voltage.

Our company's dry-type transformer product series include SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12 and SC(B)13, etc. This series of transformers is made of high-quality materials, green and environmentally friendly, and is produced by advanced production and testing equipment and strict processes. The products are safe and reliable, with long service life and high protection level. Widely used in power systems, suitable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, tunnels, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, ships and other important or special environmental places.

2.Product features


1. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with 7-level step-by-step structure with full oblique joints. No-load loss, no-load current and core noise.

2. The high-voltage winding is wound by a high-precision automatic winding machine. When the capacity is large, there is a cooling ventilation channel. The inner and outer insulation of the winding is filled with glass fiber grid plates, which enhances the mechanical strength of the coil.

3. The low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure, which solves the problem of the axial helix angle when winding with wire, and makes the ampere-turn more balanced.

4.The coil is encapsulated with epoxy resin, flame retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center.

5. Using advanced electromagnetic design software and casting technology, it has low partial discharge, low noise, strong mechanical capability, strong short-circuit resistance, and good thermal performance. It can increase the capacity by 50% under forced air cooling.

6. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, it has the functions of fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip and black gate, and is connected to the computer through the RS485 serial interface, which can centrally monitor and control the start and stop of the fan.

10. There are two cooling methods: natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). For transformers with natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF), ensure that the installation environment has good ventilation capacity. When the transformer is installed in the basement or other environments with poor ventilation capacity, a heat dissipation ventilation device must be installed, and the ventilation rate is 1kW. The loss (Po+Px) needs to be selected with an air volume of 4m/min. Special operating environment can be designed according to requirements.
